My most satisfying race ever....

I'm driving up to Dallas on 35 which is always one of the most crowded and crappiest roads anywhere. There was this punk ass kid who blew by me in his BMW 840 or 850--don't know which. He was driving like a real ass, weaving in and out of traffic. I was also playing with a 94ish Mustang GT who left to chase the BMW. the BMW gets stuck behind some traffic and I catch up.

I am right on the BMW's ass when the traffic clears and we have a totally clear run for 1/2 a mile! I'm in 3rd doing about 70 when he starts to go and I am on his ass the whole way. I pull into the next lane when I switch to 4th and my bumper starts creeping up on his door. When we go to 5th we are dead even and we pretty much stayed that way until 140 when I backed off due to upcomming traffic, but my nose was just ahead of his when we stopped.

Mr Dumbass kept going and had to SLAM on his brakes he then cut across 3 lanes of traffic and exited. I guess he was embarassed. I was able to come from behind him and pass him at 140 mph. I don't know if it was an 840 or 850, but both are electronically limited to 155 mph so they have plenty of power. He eventually would have passed me, but he was pissed that I passed him at least to 140. HAHAHA! The little prick was humiliated.

Is racing to 140 mph smart? No, but damn it was satisfying!!!

The 840 is a V8, the 850 is a V12. I think it was debadged because I don't remember being able to tell what it was. I think it was a little fast to be the V8, but maybe. I also had a 190 lbs passenger and a trunk full of luggage so beating the V8 is still not bad.

The 840 runs a 15.2 in the 1/4, the 850 runs a 14.7. I would like to hope it was an 850. It definitely wasn't the V12 6spd because it would have killed me.
