It was a black 00-03 S2K will oem body kit and CF hood, lowered and exhaust from what I can tell. My mods are stated in my sig.
We were at a stop light with my gf in the car, the S2k had two guys with the top closed. He looked at my car and was revving his engine so I knew what he wanted. Green light and off we go with pretty even start, I thought it would be a very close race or the S2k would be faster. To my surprise I pulled him at 1st gear by a car length, then I thought its about time he may catch up since he has 9k rpm, anyway I changed to 2nd gear while looking over my shoulder to see how close he was, my car was pulling away even further. By 2nd gear redline changed to 3rd gear, the S2k was two car length behind my rear bumper and couldn't catch up.
We stopped at the next light and talked a bit, I asked him if he had mis-shift or had a bad start, he claimed no and cant believe how fast my lude was cos he couldn't catch up. He thought my car is turbo/super charged but it isn't. He claimed to have I/H/E under his hood. I was surprise and happy with the results

I read in some magazines that S2K's can lose 3-4 HP by adding I/H/E. The car stock is tuned so well it's hard to get gains. In the same article the I/H/E combo that pulled 1hp at the wheels was $1500 and other combos lost power instead.

Yeah if he tossed I/H/E on an S without tuning it probably did nothing for the performance of the car, 00-03 S2k's I have seen gain 8-10whp just from a VAFC stock, but I have heard tell of mods doing nothing for the car without tuning them. Good Kill though.
