My Lude vs. '97 Cobra vs. Maxima

I’m following my girl to her apt. (she has a ’97 Cobra SVT) we’re just driving normally, so this late model Maxima was like trying to get ahead of me to get in my lane. So we come up to this light where there’s three lanes so my girl is in the left lane and the maxima in the middle so I go over to the far right lane the light turns green and the maxima takes off, I’m like alright and I blow by him, cuz my lane is ending, I blew him away by about 2 car lengths And he launched first. BUT, then since my girl didn’t know we were gonna race, we pull up to this light and it’s two lanes now and she revs her engine. I haven’t even had my car to the dyno yet. I smile at her the light turns green and I let her take off a little bit earlier. So I gunned it and actually was pulling right back up to her in first, but she pulled hard on 2nd and 3rd gear. Got ahead of me by @ 1.25 car lengths. When we hit 100 I started pulling back up to her pretty good. But I don’t want her driving crazier than she already does..lol…so I slowed down. Time for a small shot of nitrous and I got a V-8 eater…

keep in mind guys '97 Cobras were NOT making Ford's claimed 320hp..they were low 14s (maybe very high 13s) cars
