MY 5gen (stock) vs. white 300ZX - Honda Prelude Forum

yeah.. another race... im enjoying my car ... haha

okay .. so going down 70 to 29 south.. big ass striaght line road.. so this white 300ZX.. is cutting a lot people off.. so i decide to follow it.

i drive up to his side and he floors it .... i was like ?!?!?
i wanted to go at the same time.. but watever.. i floor it... and i actually keep up with this Z... so i dunno... like he barely.. and i mean barely walked on me. We hit around 120 and slowed down.

im not sure what he had ..but he definitely had 2 rice canons .. in the back.. haha

shot out some nice dust everytime he shifted ... haha but yea... i wish i could have raced him at the sametime... wondering if there are ZX models without the TT??... cuz i thought i would have had my ass handed to me

I'm sure it was an NA 300zx. They are 220 hp stock and if he had some mods that sounds about right that he walked you a little. Stock for stock a 5th gen can usually pull on them. Good kill!
