Killed a Corrado badly...

I just replaced my POS busted high flow cat with my old stocker and the car seemed to be running stronger than before. I was just out for a test drive when I pulled up to a guy in an old G60 Corrado at a light. His engine was making some weird ass noise. I know the Corrado supercharger is not an ordinary vane type supercharger, but I've heard them before and this was not ordinary. He also had some kind of computer on his dash. I don't know if you can alter boost on the G60s or not. He had some aftermarket exhaust and rims, but I don't know what else. Anyway, he wanted to run and I wanted to test my car.

Big mistake on his part. Neither of us launched all out, maybe from 2000 rpms. He was at my rear bumper by the end of first. I was surprised that he chirped 2nd--I don't because my clutch slips. By the end of second he was about two cars back and I stopped counting after 3rd.

On the downside, I also ran into guy in a Trueno at a light. He said "nice sticker" and pointed to my Bride sticker and asked if I had the seats. I said yeah, but it was sitting in my living room because I can't find a bracket. I'm sure he thought I was some sticker poser.
