Jrsc Lude Vs Turbo Lude

friend drove my car against my other friends turbo lude tonite. my car jrsc nothing else. friends turbo lude - fmax kit, blitz turbo timer, greddy pe exhaust, hks filter, 6 psi, engine work. 1st to second even, 3rd gear jrsc pulled away, 4th gear gone. i was surprised to see the jrsc win. i also drove my firends turbo lude. it didnt feel like it had as much power as my car. o well good kill! both cars 5th gen.

what kind of motor work has the turbo guy done? Why is he only boosting 6 pounds while you are boosting 8? I have the fmax kit as well, and the turbo they included with the package is too small to make enough power, but with a different turbo and more boost i don't think you can win. JRSC ludes are quick, but i feel they're limited to less than 10 pounds, basically less potential to go big primarily becuz there's nothing to cool the intake charge air, maybe except for that little water squirter. I'm guessing that's why so many JRSC people are blowing their pistons.

haahha suuuuuuup iranman hope i made u proud. well my friend is runnin 6 lbs cuz he already blew his engine twice. i think his engine is just ****ed up from the turbo. his manifold cracked while he was boostin 6. my jrsc has a 6 lb pulley. btc was set at 10 clicks. friend has port n polish, bigger pistons, forgot wut else. he has fmax turbo with drag kit i believe..... cuz i saw his piping it didnt look like fmax but he has a fmax shell. i got a question for all the jrsc ludes out there.... do u get more power from setting the btc lower or higher?? and wut effects does it have on the car.... who says jrsc cant beat turbo

why are you so dumb. First you come on here talking about reaming on your Type SH before 1k. on top of so many other countless idiot posts. Then you recently just posted about not even having a prelude and what car you should get. Comepletely denying that you ever said you had prelude, yet I have a message from you in my PM, asking how you should launch your car.. Now you talk about getting a 6lb pulley and JRSC??? Why all the bs?

If you friend with the turbo got bigger pistons its likely he also got lower compression pistons. You give up about 2-4psi with each 1.0pt drop in compression. In other words your 6psi @10:1 is like him running 8-10psi@9:1.
By the way if he boosting only 6psi, he has WAY too much backpressure...fmax kit has a 8 or 9 psi wastegate spring. Tell him to get a custom 3" exhaust and it will help alot!
Good race!!

Don't be too happy turbo ludes are still extremely fast. I raced oog from a drag launch and he beat me, I was a few tires behind him. Thats was when i first got my car with all its power, but still he is faassssst on 8psi well tuned. I beat him on a second to third gear though. Free way I still think turbo is much faster, I raced saga with his 11psi tiny turbo in fourth and it all depended on who down shifted first. I am actually thinking about going turbo, because of hot intake temps.

haha hey saga i met u at the prelude meet at krispy kreme. i was the lil guy with driving the white sc300. tell ur homey with supra ill pay him 5 buks to drive it haha. took my car outa shop for a week cuz they waitin for my widebody. where u located at chomorro? i aint a great racer but i think im decent. i gave my friend with turbo lude another chance beat him in 1st and 2nd then came traffic so slowed down. tonite i was hella bored so me and my homegirl went car hunting. i saw 2 white preludes we all stopped at a redlight. revved on them. they revved back. it was on now... ahha. green light, boned out at 3000 rpm very nice. basically smoked them. later i had fun toying with an a 96 or so accord coupe with bolt ons. then i went on freeway and found myself a camaro z28. he downshifted first so then i did. smoked him like a whore. im not braggin but jrsc is more powerful than some ppl think. at least in my opinion. but ya i think a properly tuned turbo would spank the **** outa me but hey i like to have fun.
