I shouldn't have too much trouble with stock/mildly modded WRX right?

Stock WRXs put down 180~185whp, and they trap around 94ish I heard.

I trap around 92~93mph w/o n2o(174whp).
I assume I'll trap high 90s w/ n2o(211whp).

Shouldn't I be able to pull on stock WRXs from a roll pretty good?
and maybe mildly modded ones? (just like i/e.. hopefully no boost controller).

hmm, IByoulose, those things will benefit a lot more from a bigger downpipe and exhaust.

WRXs have tall 3rd and 4th gears, but short 1st and 2nd gears. I can just barely stay with stock WRXs down low, but I get them back above 60mph. Preludes are notorious for responding poorly to mods. Given the same mods, just about any car will get much more benefit than we will. I would bet that you'd have to spray against any modded WRX.
