This 96ish Z28 kept messing with me on the interstate. So, finally we throw down at the same time, at first we are neck and neck but at the top of 3rd I started creeping on him, shift to fourth, and just keep my regular pace. At about 130 or so he was about a car behind. I thought they would have more top end than that.
Z28s top out at 162 or close to it--a lot better than a Prelude. Either he had a tired engine or he chickened out. The Z28 should have walked you unless you have a ton of mods.
