me and my homie decided to go to the races in ontario after we left a party all drunk. he decided to race a 5 black 5 gen with another passenger in the car. i was in his 91 ef bone stock hatch. my homie went on the line with the prelude. and when he took off he took off. i was in the car laughing that he beat a 5 gen prelude. my homie knows how to drive is car and he launches it pretty good. i heard the prelude still not getting traction when my homie took off. but for some reason the prelude couldnt keep up. my homie ran him again and the same thing happen. a 91 ef beat a 5 gen prelude twice. im guessin that the guy in the prelude dont know how to drive. and if i were him id be embrrassed after the 2 races losing to a 91 ef

I think EF is the chassis code for the that year model Civic (91?). Kinda like how mine is BB1 and all that mess. Not sure if that's accurate, but I think that's what he's trying to say. Not too smart to race being drunk btw.
