5th Gen VS Protege 5 TURBO

So I go to the bank to cash my check and on the way back a Pro5 start blowing off at me. We get on the freeway and he starts reving me out and all of a sudden he takes off so I down it and pass him like nothing I get to about 120 and im a couple car lengths in front and i slow down. He pulls a ricer fly-by and POP blue smoke everywhere from the mazda LOL he quikly gets off the freeway and disapears. Its funny because i raced a turbo DA and the same thing happened. HMMMMMMMM maybe i shouldn't turbo my car i'm not James bond i dont meed a smoke screen

Haha, nice kill. Was it a MazdaSpeed Protege or just a regular one with a turbo kit?

I've run against a Protege 5 wagon already. It was pretty nice looking but the driver was pretty cocky, driving pretty aggresively. Sadly enough, the driver was an older gentleman and he must have thought he was pretty fast so he attempted to blow by me. Needless to say, I waited until he was right beside me (with him still accelerating, momentum) and then I dropped a few gears and just stomped on the gas. Within seconds, I was carlength upon carlength ahead and still pulling pretty hard.

I know it's not fair to compare my Evo to his protege... but he was asking for it.
