5gen vs 240fastback with sr20

my friend just recently got his sr20 (silvia motor, turbocharged 200 some odd horses and 190some odd torque) and so we decided to go take our cars for a run around the city. 1st and throughout most of 2nd gear i get him but his car does pull on me towards the upper end. all races were from a rolling start. gotta hand it to him, sick ass car!!
turbo rocks!!

i think "pull on me" is a little of an under-statement. i want a 240sx project car.

I've raced a few stock SR's (one in a '92 240SX and the other in a '95) and they both seemed to pull very nicely down low. I had a fun time putting carlength upon carlength upon both of them though.
