Some of your numbers are questionable, to put it mildly. To answer your question....

He would leave you for dead.

Sorta ot... My father recently restored an 80's era Checkmate speed boat. It's got a Mercury Marine 454. 330hp gets 85mph on the water.

I've raced a new ZO6 before with the 427 and I destroyed him. The 454 would have a little more power and torque but the cop car is heavier than the ZO6 so it would be about the same. Just make sure you're in VTECH when you race him because that is where the massive power is on the H22. Good luck and have fun.

To OP, this is what my 454 Big Block looked like.

H22 = 2.2L, a 454 Chevy is over 7L

Do you understand why it was a dumb question?

Do you guys think my friend on his Ducati 1098 could beat me on my Schwinn? Ive been doing a lot of leg presses lately, so I think I might have a chance.

This is a picture of my legs while I'm doing some leg presses...

I think I easily get 100 hp out of each leg, so 200hp combined with lightweight Schwinn. I really think I have a chance, no?

If you re-gear your Schwinn then I believe you will definitely win. You already have a way better power/weight ratio. All you need now is longer gears for better traction and top end.
