I agree 100% as I said in my previous post. The VG NA wasn't anything much on the top at all. That doesn't apply to my '04 VQ though

I drove a 350Z before and it had power but it seemed to kinda fade once you got close to redline....i guess thats like most cars. it just seems like vtec pulls all the way to redline

It would be close..

SRT4's are rated at 225 or 230, there was a change in 05 or 06 to a hair more on the rating..

The thing is, they put down to the ground about as much as they are rated for at the crank. If you can't tell the difference between an SRT4 and a VTEC Prelude then you must be paralyzed lol.

There is no way you pulled two cars before he pulled back, not happenin. Pulling two cars doesnt just happen in half a second unless you are racing a 17 second POS

^Agree with that

Your run of 15.2 has room for improvement. I can pull a 15 flat all day being nice to the clutch and not going past 7500 RPM. Try launching higher RPM, riding the clutch out, and shifting close to 8,000 RPM.

I raced a NA 300ZX once and it didn't pull at all on my. I got the jump on him on the start but I never lost the lead. He never came even but I wasn't going to go away. We got to a stop light and asked what I got under the hood and I said stock. He wanted to go again but I said I gotta get back into the office. Lunch hour is over.
