actually, no i don't. i now have 360 miles and i've babied it not going into VTEC except for this occassion. break in periods are very subjective even though the manual says 600 miles. i know a couple honda techs who say that the engines don't need to be broken in at all, so at i'm not that bad.

let's just say i wouldn't recommend doing that....manufacturer recommended break-ins are normally very modest..not overstatements...and please explain to me how an engine would not need to be broken in?

i don't know, i'm not the one that recommended the "no break in period", it was some honda techs. like i said, i'm doing my best to not use the almighty VTEC and so far i think i've done admirably. and i swear, i won't let it happen again.
