I was wondering who would win the race if both cars where stock. If the prelude could win what other kind of mustangs can the 93 vtec beat please give the years of the mustangs Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you could beat a GT (any year model), but not a Cobra. Makavelli's right, you'd get waxed.

You could also beat 5.0's, even mildly modded ones.

Man, no you wont beat any GT. 99 and later will kill any prelude. Stock. Cobra will murder the prelude. Before 99...the GT's are a drivers race...after that.. mustang will kill the prelude. I'm referring to manual trans.

93 vtec will murder a older model gt. trust me i know because i have a 94 gt, but a 99-up and ANY cobra will rape it.

uhh yeah, its all been said, feel stupid, its ok...

a bolt on 93 vtec could hang with a new gt, thats about as far as you can push it as long as the gt is stock. some are faster than others.

Just get a supercharger and gts are your b*tch and cobras can give you a run hehe

i can beat newer GTs..hehe well id say i win about 70 percent of the time...until they start modding , then its all downhill, but still good races..peace

2003 cobras are supercharged v8's. 390 underated horsepower. a stock one dynos at 370-380.

Yeah, I think SVT made those things, with one goal in mind: to beat z06's. I dunno if they can, but they're definately close.

I thought SVT's were pretty quick.

The Z06 is even better
