What type of 6x9's can I run in the rear without modicifcation?

I notice that there is this trunk bar, that helps stabilize the trunk lid when it is up, that seems to get in the wy of some 6 x 9's that I try to install in my rear deck. My question is, what type do some of you guys have, that work and easily clears this bar?

I would just not run rear speakers. Save your money for an amp or a better front stage.

No speaker in the rear FTW.
Actually, I'm thinking of putting a POS set back there again just to see if there's any difference.

If you don't have a sub, then keep your back speakers. It'll give you a little more full sound. Just get some midlevel 6x9's. It's not a very technical answer, but usually if you stay around the $100 range, the magnet & depth will be fine. If you want a more definite answer, measure the actual clearance from the rear deck to the bars below. All speakers list their mounting depth.
