The phoenix gold amps are excellent amps and usually a little underrated in terms of power. However you may run into some issues trying to push 3 12"s off that amp. First off what ohms do the CVs run? Running 3 subs always can be tricky just because you get a strange load for your amp. Usually with an odd sub configuration like that your amp is either pushing out too much or too little juice. Try finding something like an MTX 500D which should give you quite a bit more power.

true, but i dunno. i just like the phoenix gold cuz i like them. when i wire them up, its more or less, prob gonna be in a 2 ohm load, cuz most amps give out more power at the 2 ohms.

Dude go ahead and do what ya want, but I'll tell ya right now those CVs are gonna be beggin for more power, According to Phoenix GOlds website they list that amp as 350x1 at 4 ohms...They don't list a 2 ohm output..so be careful about that. As for wiring up your subs getting a 2 ohms load on 3 subs is gonna be rough. If I'm not mistaken those a 2 ohm subs and if you wire them up directly in parrallel your going to get a 2/3 ohm load (amp goes kaboom). If you wire them in series you get 6 ohms (subs play really quietly). Only option to get a 2 ohm load would be wire up two subs in series to get a 4 ohm load then buy a single coil sub that runs at 4 ohms, take you 2 sub chain and wire it in parallel with the 4 ohms sub to get a 2 ohm load. Regardless not easy.
