what can you tell me?

In my old car I had two JL audio W4D4's (200W RMS each) running off a pioneer amp, bridged, at 240x1. I really liked how they sounded, especially with long deep rolling bass notes. I want something with the same quality of sound, more powerful, and in one 12" woofer. What kind of brands for a 12" sub and mono amp (or bridged to mono) would you guys suggest? all in a sealed box of course...

thanks

I would say an Audiomobile Mass and a 1000 watt class D amp. I think the Mass works well in 1 cubic foot sealed. Any 1000 watt class D amp will do the job and won't kill your alternator.
