USA SPec iPod Adapter

Sup y'all just have a simple question...

I'm thinking about using an ipod adapter that hooks up to the back of any Honda factory stereo so I don't have to mess around with a bunch of CD's everywhere so i came across this..

USA SPEC iPod® Interface Connects your iPod to select Honda/Acura factory radios at Crutchfield.com

If I install this, the AFBS should still be working correctly as it should right? Because I'm not changing the speakers or head unit, but the head unit will obviously be tampered with.

let me know

I have this installed for years now and it's something that I can't live without now. It won't mess up the afbs because it acts just like a cd changer.
