Upgrading rear speakers

Are the speakers in the rear 6x9's. What do you guys recomend fro upgrading them. I have an old Jenson amp that is like 300 watts, i figure that should be enough to push some relatively decent speakers. So what set up should I do?

if it's a 5th gen then it's 6x9
if it's a fourth then it's 6 1/2
for the jensen amp youll have better sound getting an aftermarket radio if u dont have one and not using the jensen amp

I already have an after market cd player. The cd player is not pushing as much power as the amp would. I am confused on this issue.

I don't know, i could go in my car and look. Sorry this sounds ignorant, but it was a freinds that i helped take out and then put other stuff in so he gave it to me. I know it is not a very expensive one, but it is a alot better than stock. Probably 40x4. Now i know the amp is 300 by 2, much higher than the deck. So is there any one on here that is into car stereos and can give some advice?
