Where can I find a sub-box for 4th Gen (like the one in the picture below, I know that lude is a 5th Gen)? Or is it a custom made? I have a 10" Kicker sub in a big box and it takes up 2/3 of trunk space.

A number of people have made boxes like that one, though I think red92s was one of the first. He's written several very helpful threads about the construction of that box, search the forums, you'll find 'em. I'm still in the middle of making one for myself, but can never find the time to finish it up.
That box is EXACTLY what I had in mind for some 12in W6 JL's. I'm definately going to look that up. Cool Deal!

I've built probably 6-8 fiberglass enclosures that fit on the left side of the 4g trunk. The first ones I built when I was 17, and I've gotten considerably better at it since then. I know at least 3 members have bought enclosures from me.
I havent built any in a while, mainly because school takes up a majority of my time. There are a ton of fiberglass tutorials on the internet (see the FAQ) and some basic step-by-step that I've posted on this site (use the search feature). It's REALLY not that tough, just a little time consuming. It would probably take a first-timer 15-20 hours to do an enclosure start to finish. I can do it in about half that, just because I've pretty much got the process down to a science.
Materials cost is going to be around $100, depending on how you chose to finish off the enclosure (carpet, paint, vinyl, etc). You'd need some basic woodworking tools, namely a circular or table saw, and a jig saw or router to cut curves. Other than that, nearly all the materials can be found at home improvement stores all over the country, although you can save money by ordering large quantities online.
Here are some pics of various similar enclosures I've done. Some are 10"s, some are 12"s. All look better in real life than in the pictures (flash really shows the dirt in the trunk). I plan to build a new, super fancy one for myself over x-mas break for my new Diamond Audio M5.

I can vouch for that. I'm still only about halfway done with mine, and I've spent about 8 hrs on the thing, not counting planning time (I tend to doodle when I'm bored at work...). Work takes up even more time than school did, so it's slow going for me too. I'm hoping I can get the box put together and functional as soon as this damn snow goes away, then finish it off real purdy when it gets warmer.
red92s: That's a cool looking box and exactly what I want. A few questiions.
Can you get spare tire access without removing the box?
How do you secure the box so that it doesn't move around in the trunk?
Will both 10" and 12" subs fit in that spot? I have a 10" Kicker but just curious.

I still like the way the JL Stealth Box looks. Here is one of the Accord. Too bad, they don't make one for the Ludes. In any case, I like the fact that you can't see the sub at all. This box housed a JL 10W6 that faces the rear.

Removal/installation:
All of the enclosures I have built up to this point havent had any mechanical fastners holding them in place. Because the fiberglass rear section is molded to the car, the box is a nice, tight fit that dosn't move around, even under hard cornering.
Because they are not secured into the car and have quick release wiring terminals, they are easily removed and install in the event you need to change a tire or need a more luggage space. You probably COULD lift up the floor enough to get the spare out with the enclosure in place, but I've never had to try.
My next enclosure is going to be a bolt-in unit, but only for theft protection. In order to install or remove it, the woofer has to be removed from the enclosure (not easy when the woofer is secured with a mix of torx, security, and triangl-drive screws).
Sizes:
I've built mostly 10" versions, and 2 that housed 12" drivers. The max mounting depth is usually in the 5-6" range. I've squeezed about .85 cubic feet of airspace outta one before, but most were in the .6-.75-ish range.
