i have the 605cs and they rock, for under $150 they kick the crap out of the competition at the same price.

the people that installed your speakers were on crack! the speakers come with crossovers so you dont get the wrong frequencies to the wrong speakers. they will sound much better with the crossovers.

the buzzing could be bad wiring. the rear speakers probably arent getting enough power from the head unit.

get an inexpensive alpine head unit with 4volt preamp outputs and get a good amp to solve all your problems.

well i paid 200 for mine... i coulda gotten the rockfords for a little cheaper which is a better set?? so u think that an amp is gonna be a must?? if i do get an amp i do not want it visible where shold i put it?? would a 2 channel amp for just the components be sufficient or do i need one for the back set of speakers too?

go four channel that, way you have more flexibility. plus an amp will last you for a long time. spend money now, you will notice a difference. i promise

the clarity of an amp is sooooooo much better than that of the stock head unit.
