Good Headunits.... not great speakers. Much better available for as much or less.

Subwoofer: I would go with one RE XXX12d2 in a sealed box 2.843ft^3 over any two 10s (RE does not make the XXX in a 10" unfortunately). If you must have 10s, then two JL 10w7
Sub Amp: Zapco C2K9.0
And A LOT OF SOUND DEADENING + good, thick wiring will give you an awesome setup

+1 on the Hertz speakers and Audison amps (some of the best for sure)
The RE sub I would not recommend based on RE does not really build any of their subs for sound quality. The Zapco C2 amp is not gonna happen as they have phased out that line over a year ago. Zapco is all but done these days. hard to get product and even harder to get support. Sound Damping and good wiring is a must!

Rear speakers are used for "rear fill." To an audiophile, they ruin sound imaging because there should never be audio coming from behind in music --> when you go to a concert, the stage is in front of you, and NEVER behind you. Correct placement of the audio source will provide the most accurate representation of how that audio should/will sound.
The only reason you should choose to spend (waste) money on rear speakers is if you care about people sitting in your backseats. Especially since we are talking about a Prelude here, that shouldn't be much of a problem. Plus, a really good set of components up front will be "loud" enough for everyone in your car to hear anyway.
Simply put, it is a much better idea to spend the extra money for better front speakers than purchase an unncessary pair of rear speakers.

Rear fill is NOT always a bad thing, but in a vehicle with such a small cabin space they will nto be useful. I will agree that putting a bit more money into the front speakers and eliminating the rears would be the better bet.

FTL. Sonicelectronix.com is not an authorized dealer for 95 percent of the lines they claim to sell and are notorius for bait and switch... telling you one item is instock they will take your money and never ship it. then when you complain they will replace it with something else. OR you actually get the item it goes bad and then learn the fine print says their warranty policy allows them to replace the item with "equivalent" product which never is. (ie: buy a very highend amp that they ship... it goes defective and you send it to the for repair and they replace it with a Rockwood.)
OP: To give you the best advice we need to know a few things...
Type of music you listen to?
What are you expectations of the system?
and if it matters what is you realistic budget?
The system Ktrain listed is an excellent setup but is going to more high end. (I run Hertz Mille and Hi-Energy speakers and subs) and tho it would sound amazing, may reach outside your budget.
