Problem......

The sound to my sub has no low end. It's like the whole signal is going to the sub. But the volume is really low and has static. Would anybody know what the problem would be? I tested my sub in my friends car, and it was fine. I am going to test the deck and amp soon, but I wanted some outside opinions.

double check and make sure everything is wired properly from the head unit to the amp and amp to the sub

It could be your crossover on your amp. If it is set to pass anything but low frequencies you'll get high freq. to your sub and that's bad for sound and for the sub.
