Pioneer TS-C720PRS 6 3/4 bigger or smaller then 6.25?

basicly i need to kno if the pioneer TS-C720PRS 6 3/4 is bigger or smaller then 6.25?.. cuz im not sure which way its going....i need i to fit my 4th gen... = ) thx also are 60 - 90 rms speakers any diff then 200 rms? or does it just get louder... and also then lower the khz the more bass that comes out? lol thx... happy holidaze = )
