pioneer amps...need help and opinions

i am looking at these 2 amps to power my whole system. the 2 channel amp to power 2 type r tens and the other amp to power some mbquartz mids and eclipse 6x9's. what u guys think. will it power then nice and loud or what. what other amps u guys think i should get thats the same price as these amps.

heres are the specs for the 4 channel amp i can get for a little over 150

Continuous Power (14.4V): 50Wx4 (4 ohm), 60Wx4 (2 ohm), 120Wx2 (4 ohm)
Max Power (14.4V): 100Wx4 (4 ohm), 240Wx2 (4 ohm)
Frequency Response: 10Hz - 50kHz (0,-1dB)
Total Harmonic Distortion: 0.008% (1kHz, 4W)
Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 100dB

this is the 2 channel amp i can get for even cheaper.

stereo or bridged mono output
Tri-Way capable
125 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
190 watts x 2 at 2 ohms
380 watts x 1 in bridged mode
MOSFET power supply
80 Hz selectable low-pass crossover, 12 dB/octave
input level control (0.2V-6.5V)
preamp inputs

so u guys think i can get a better amp or amps to power my system for this price. also will these amps power my system good or what.
