OEM CD player keeps spitting out CD's. Please help.

Hello guys, my factory Honda CD player is acting up. Whenever I try to insert a CD it ejects in right back. I tried different CD's and anything else I can think of, including taking the stereo out and checking the connections, din etc.

What can this be? Can I fix it or do I need a new CD player?

Thanks!

sounds like the transport is out of alignment.

Not really cost effective to get it fixed.

time to shop for a new headunit.
