installing stock and after market system

Tomorrow im taking out the stock system from a green fourth gen and putting it into a black fourth gen. The system from the baclk will go into the green. It consists of after market head unit, kenwood dual mags all the way around, an amp to power the rear speakers, and sub wiring. My questions is what is the best way to do all this swapping?

The same way it was put in but in reverse. Theres no special way around it. Take out everything from one car and start installing fresh into the other one.

Hopefully the aftermarket headunit was installed with a wiring harness adapter, that way all you have to do is unplug it from the old one and plug it into the new one.
