I'm not sure, but if you could research and find out teh specs of the Infinity 6022cs.... I can tell you that these do NOT fit properly. I might have to take out my trunk springs, I dont even know if I can do that but If i can I may just do it.

I'm just afraid that the trunk wont stay 'UP" if I do that. Anyone know? Just asking beacuse if it does, I say screw the trunk "springs" and then you shouldn't have any trouble with the depth of your speakers.

You could measure it yourself with a ruler.

Any reason why you want to put components in the rear?

According to the vehicle information website at work, a 94 prelude rear speaker opening has a depth of 2".

I just bout a set of these components and they dont fit so good. If you put them in the back they will rest on the trunk opener ((real name evades me)(its the two bars that form an x)) If you can go to crutchfield and get some shallow fit 6.5s. If you bought some, you can mod a piece of mdf and paint it black like I did. I got a 96 s if it matters.

He's right. I just used some left over plywood I had laying around to get some standard depth speakers to fit, and just spray painted them black to match well.

they are a lot deeper then the stock ones but they fit fine if u move all the trunk poping cables but u might have to bend them, the r's aren't as good as the s' if u have subs, u will also have to drill an extra hole because the stock speakers are 3 screw and the alpines are 4 hole, (have fun its a *****)
