Depends on your head unit.
In general, your amp will have connections for a constant v+ and a remote input.
Your head unit should have a remote output. If it doesn't and supports a power antenna, then you could use that.
If your head unit doesn't support either then I guess you can tap one of the accessory wires that is powered when the engine is running or when the key is on accessory.
On my old Accord, I had the stereo set up so that I didn't need to have the key in the ignition to turn it on. This worked fine until the on/off switch started sticking and every so often I would return to my car to find that the stereo had been playing while I was gone. I don't recommend doing this. It's always best to have everything turn off when you remove the ignition key so that you don't return to a dead battery.
