If you like how it sounds the price seems fair. Would I choose that particular gear, no, but if you like it than go for it.

I used to sell all of that, so yeah, thats a good price installed. You might want to think about getting a small amp for those separates, cause you're gonna have a helluva lot of bass. The little Kicker Impulse amp (25x2) would work fine. Enjoy it!

You've got decent equipment. Just make sure the guy installing it knows what he's doing. Good equipment with sh**ty install is still a sh**ty sounding system. A good system is 15% equipment and 85% install........

IMHO, i'd go with one of the new S12L7 square solobaric 12in instead of 2 Comp VR subs. I've heard a few Kicker systems before (i work at Kicker dealer). The single 12in solobaric produces more db and lower bass extention than the two 12in CompVRs while being driven by similar amount of power.
