which in dash navi for 4th gen lude?

I have a 4th gen and I want to get in dash navi... i have narrowed my choices to two. Either Double Din or Single with flip out screen.

1. Pioneer AVIC N4-
GOOD: I like this one beacause it flips out and it will be easily visible. It's at the right place, with the exception of summer (covering up the AC)

BAD: I am afraid it might have installing and functioning issues since there is like an 1 inch or so gap from the din to the top (kind of hard to explain, but if you have a 4th gen you probally know what I'm talking about)

2.Pioneer AVIC D3-
GOOD: It's double din, no issues with the screen filppin out.

BAD: It wont be easily visible. (kind of low next to the gear box) Especailly when your watching NAVI screen for directions and your in 1st,3rd or 5th gear...

I have searched many many times but were unable to find a 4th gen pic with either one of those units or to read anywher where anyone had those units in a 4th gen...

Crutchfield.com has the Eclipse AVN 6620 on sale for $800 right now with free BT kit.
Eclipse AVN6620 DVD navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com

I have that eclipse deck. I highly recommend it if you want SQ. But if you are looking for eye candy or navigation feature I would pass on it. The map looks very plain and it does NOT say street name out loud. It only says major freeway.

I hope the next upgrade will be better, not that I plan to upgrade.

From the ones that I've installed and messed with, as far as nav goes, I like the Kenwoods. They use a Garmin hideaway module for nav, which is pretty sweet. If you've used one of the Garmin portable navs like the Nuvi's, it's pretty much the same software & interface.

Kenwood Double-Dins w/ Nav
