Component Install = no power accessories?

After completing the (significantly more arduous than described) process of drilling the molex connector (being as careful as possible) to run new speaker wire for a set of DLS MS5A components, the power windows/locks/mirrors in (actually my friend's) 5th gen no longer function. The connectors are well seated (this has been checked). What could have possibly been damaged in this process that would prohibit ANY of these functions from working? I could see potentially damaging one or two of these functions, but all of them seems improbable? Help!!!!

You didn't hook the clip for the switches inside the door panel back up maybe? What the hell did you drill holes in?

Okay correction. Occasionally, the passenger-side door will be unlocked by the remote. This makes it really weird... And no, the seating of the connector isn't the issue.

please help?

Just because a connector is seated, doesn't mean that the wires going into it are all connecting.
