What kind of car alarm are you guys using? and which do you think is the best kind.

DEI ( viper, rattler, clifford)

I have the Viper 800ESP top of the line a year ago...same with the others but a lot more inputs to put other options on and distance is farther for the remote.

yes but i wouldnt try it unless you are comfortable with alarm install already. my first remote start took me 10 hours....which is WAAAY to long. An average alarm + remote start shour take between 5-8 hours.

At one point my prelude had a Viper 550ESP with remote start on a manual, a glass shatter trigger, proximity sensor, 2 mini piezos, one of those kewl blue Viper LED stickers, and a custom output siren/PA system.
