For what you're asking, the Clifford G4 6000 sounds right. Goes for around $250 installed, and it's a nice piece. Upgradeable to the top depending on what optional stuff you throw on.

If you want remote start than get the Solaris. I have not seen a place that sells the Solaris online. Recently a person on ebay has been selling new Clifford alarms, you may try e-mailing them. Clifford is pretty adament about selling their alarms with installation, they are not terribly easy to do.

My Prelude has a Clifford Concept 300 and it is very good. I have fitted the extra boot (trunk) opener.

My Previous car had a Clifford Arrow 3, which I think is the bottom of the range and it meets all your requirements you detailed.

Since when did clifford make a conept 300? older model?

I'd recommend either the Intelliguard 6000 or Conept 200 both have options to add remote start which costs extra and have the features you're looking for. The only 2 alarms that come with it standard are the Solaris and Advantguard, those 2 are expensive alarms though. They come with a lot of features.

I think it's probably the Euro-spec model like a Viper 700, both of which aren't available in the states

Maybe it is a UK/Europe only model?
