any mtx product sold off the net carrys NO warrenty. if you were an authorized dealer youd know that.. it does say in clear bold print NO INTERNET SALES.. lets stop trying to screw people over with no warrenty here

I am not trying to screw people over and don't try to make me look bad and make it look like you a good guy.. I am saying this for people here that live in NY and or NJ and would be able to come to our shop for the merchandise.. We can also do mail order over the phone not on the internet..

I believe phone sales out of your area would also be a vialation of your dealer contract. MTX made it a point at CES to tell all the dealers trans-shipping would not be tolerated. as far as I know Crutchfield is the only dealer authorized for internet/phone sales

I don't understand I am not trying to sell the stuff over the phone or over the net.. I simply posted it for the people that know where Drag-On Inc in Bklyn, NY is and they would be able to go there and buy the stuff. If I wanted to sell it I would have put it in the for sale forum.. ANy way about my 10 posts I have about 5 different names on this board so let's not get into how posts I have..

ok im not trying to start something here but where in this quote above does it say that... thats a great excuse but please dont try to make stuff up at the last minute. ive seen many people get screwed over with no warrenty so i will ALWAYS watch for it. sorry if it loses you a sale but you should think about other people. and if im not mistaken you have map pricing for mtx. as in cant sell below a certain price.. what your doing id ruining the value of a product. and its plain out stupid.. companys have msrp set for a reason. yes you sell below it but not a ton. when you do your ruining the value of something and making your self less money. just my input.. so please if your going to post something post it in the FOR SALE section and try to give people warrentys
