AVIC-D3 in a 5th gen lude? anyone have pics?



I think the look of the avic would match really well with the *ahem* bland look of the 5th gen interior, before I go spending retarded amounts of money on one, could someone post pics of a clean install?

I don't have pics, but know from experience installing these that you can change every single color on the display and face to match your interior. As well, you can upload your own screensavers and whatnot. So you could put a neat-o picture of a slammed VW on it

Here is mine. There is a gap if you use the oem bracket.

im getting this in a week or two, did you get the bypass done? if so...

is the VSS wire behind the headunit?

how about the parking brake wire?

did you re-position the mute wire (yellow/black) like this? AVIC411.com :: View topic - AVIC D3 Bypass with PICTURE!!!
also lastly do you then ground that wire or leave it in that pin?

sorry about the questions, I have them all lined up so I can be ready to install!
