What do you mean by reset? Did you buy a new one and need to program it?

nah its old.. ok im sorry i shouldve described the problem first lol.

umm so if i press lock/unlock on the remote it WILL actually lock/unlock the car.. but on the remote itself the unlock icon never changes and it always beeps as if it failed to send any signal to the car.. "the out of range beep'

so i was wondering if there was a wayy to refresh this remote's memory somehow... i wish i had the manual.. cuz there is a key combination u press that resets the remote..
