5th gen speaker wiring

hey guys,
im just about to buy a 4 channel amp for my full range speakers(fosgate 200a4 to match my 500a2...yea!), but im not sure how the speakers are wired in the 5th gen:
i think there's a small amp back there mounted on the rear deck, is that where all the speakers in the car are powered?
and do i just replace the small amp already there?
will i need to run new wires?
also, i wanted to drive 4 speakers off the new amp, and keep the tweeters in the front doors powered by the deck, is that possible, or are the door speakers wired together, with a cap between them?
any help is apprecieated, sorry for all the q's...
Krishan

the amp in the trunk is for only the rears
the fronts and tweets are wired as 1 inside the door you could do it the way you want but you will have to run wires into the door
