its blue,

dc header is wrapped with heat wrap, both are carb legal and have tags, the DC header has 2 small dens on the bottom half from scraping.

i will send you both for 290 shipped to your door

carb legal is saying that you can have it on your car and pass inspection

heat wrap traps the heat inside the pipes its wrapped around, and prevents it from soaking into the rest of the engine bay and raising temps.
