WTB: 5thgen SS -> 5spd swap stuff

Hi, doing a 5spd swap for a friend. Looking for some parts. I hope yall have these laying around....
1) Manual tranny mount
2) shifter base, linkage, cables watever
3) intermediate shaft
5) clutch lines

LMK if you have any other things laying around... Thanks!

if you don't get anyone, call up Ben Schaeffer (301-854-6252). He is the mechanic that did my SS --> 5spd swap and quite a few others so he'll be able to find the parts you are looking for

hmm ok.. do u have the part that is bolted to teh tranny, or the part that is bolted to the side of the chassis

I have the part that bolts to the back of the tranny. It's the porkchop looking bracket.

I really wish I had a camera. Let me see if I can find a pic of it on the Net.

Man, I wish I could find a pic of it.

Instead of wasting your time, I will get back to you if I can get a pic. From the sound of it, I don't have the mounting bracket that you need.

I have the big black mounting bracket that is held on the tranny by three big bolts.

Ooo.. I think you're talking about the rear engine mount then. That one's shaped like a porkchop lol.
The tranny mount is 2 piece. A black round one that bolts into the side of the chassis and a silver piece that uses 3 big nuts to secure to the tranny. 1 horizontal big bolt is used to hold the black and the silver piece together. I think I just need the silver piece...

can anyone else confirm on that cause i was told all you need is the half shaft (intermeadiate shaft) and you can use the auto axles........

yes. i swapped the tranny. no need for new axles, just a new halfshaft.
