WTB: 1st gen. 1982 Prelude front bumper - Honda Prelude Forum

I am looking for an OEM/salvage front bumper in good condition for my MK1 Prelude, as mine is folded in on the right side from a minor collision.
I believe I also need a good (right side) bumper strut and left corner rubber trim with chrome....
corner rubber may be one piece for the whole bumper, I'm not sure as I haven't disassembled mine yet. I do not need the turn signal assemblies.
Finish is not as important as overall condition, I.E., no dents, rust-thru, etc.

After disassembly, I know that I only need the metal bumper itself, and the driver's side end cap. I have been looking, looking, to no avail....except for one used parts warehouse in Chicago that wants $500.00 for the entire assembly.
No one out there has a 1st gen for parts??

Damn, good luck with this. Best bet is to check around ebay or even try to google the part you're looking for to see what pops up

Thanks for the reply. And yes, good luck, indeed. I have checked Ebay religiously, as well as Google'd it, etc. etc. I haven't had much luck....parts warehouses who want to shaft ya, and one guy who advertised parts for sale, then decided to restore his after I replied......??? There are some older posts on This Old Honda of people advertising
MK1 parts 'Ludes, but they haven't panned out either.
