WANTED: 5g base header & exhaust. [trade+cash w/ DC?]

ok this time, I need both OEM header & exhaust.

I have DC sports CC header on my 2001 prelude base. It has around 20k miles.
Flexpipe makes some rattling noise, but other then that, its in good condition.
Nothing serious. I mean I made 174whp/140wtq with that header, my greddy
evo2 and aem cai. Ran 14.8 @ 93mph with those and 18s. so I would say it
performs alright too. Even though I know that is a bit bald statement.
You get the idea.

Since I gotta sell my car soon(already put for-sale sign. I need stock parts!!).
so I need these OEM parts real quick.

I am willing to trade my DC with your OEM header plus some cash. $20.
That is, you pay your own shipping and I pay my own with $20.
I just need some shipping money to send it out.

If you are not willing to trade, I am also willing to buy the header from you.
(It'd be great if it comes with gaskets/bolts. MUST HAVE HEAT SHIELD).
I prefer base model oem header, but thats because I have no freaking idea
whether SH and Base header is different or not.

-------------------------

Also, I need 5th gen prelude BASE OEM exhaust.
I am willing to trade my greddy evo 2 with your base oem exhaust plus $250.
We both pay our own shipping. my greddy evo2 is about 6mth old now I think.

If you are not willing to trade, I am also willing to buy them from you.
(It'd be great if it comes with bolts and gaskets.)
I really prefer Base OEM exhaust, but if you want to get rid of your oem SH exhaust,
for a little cheaper, I'll gladly take it.
