Everything needed is included, including the black pieces for the ends that are not pictured. The bars have some minor wear and tear as they are used. There are two blemishes on the top of the bar were my carbon fiber hood bounced on it (2nd pic). Here are some pics (I also have bigger pics, pm me if interested):
