FS: S2000 S2k Steering Wheel Airbag - $275 Shipped! - Honda Prelude Forum

This is a 00-03 AP1 S2k airbag. This is the airbag & cover only (no wheel). This is the one you want to put on an S2k wheel in the Prelude. These things are $450 even from Majestic! Here's your chance to get a decent one cheap. I hedged my bets on ebay & ended up with 2 and only need one.

Cover is in good shape, there is one slight nick on the "H" a few mm in length. See pic:

It looks like the gray/silver is shaded dark and the shading is chipping. You can live with it (it's tiny) or probably take it the rest of the way off, or maybe even paint it. It's really small, though.

The back of the airbag housing itself (the metal part you can't see) has some surface rust on it where it sat out in a junkyard:

The connector is in good shape & have all the confidence that this still works.

I'm asking $275 shipped <- Keep in mind you can get a wheel & everything else you need for <$50 on ebay!

How is the color of the airbag itself? I mean had it faded any or is it still blackish.
