FS: H22a4 w/built Crower head

Up for sale is a Honda H22a4 motor that was pulled from my BB6 Honda Prelude. I bought the motor when it had 9785 miles on it and swapped it into my 1998 Base model Prelude. I have since decided to part out my car so this is the next item up. I have the original receipt from the wrecking yard where it was purchased. Once I bought it, I decided that I wanted to build the head so that I could run after market cams. I purchased a full Crower valve train kit and had my local performance shop install everything. The recepit for the install can be provided if needed. I am currently running Crower dual springs and valves along with OEM retainers. I decided against using the Crower titanium retainers because I didnt want to have to replace them every 16k miles. As for cams, the motor currently has Prelude Type S cams in it from a JDM Type S motor but is fully capable of running almost any H series cam out there. While the motor was apart, I had every single belt on the motor changed. I also had the timing belt tensioner converted over to the H23 manual tensioner since the H22 auto tensioner has a tendency to fail. This motor has run like a top. I have only used Mobil 1 oil and Honda Genuine Filters. Ive never had a problem with excessive oil consumption, or burning of other fluids. The only thing that this motor will need is its timing belt changed in the near future, spark plug wires and some fresh spark plugs. Included in this auction is the motor, and the intake manifold only. I am parting out the vehicle so if you need anything else, let me know! Currently there are 46,892 miles on the motor since the rebuild. The buyer will pay 100% of the shipping charges. I am willing to help with delivery but shipping is up to the buyer to arrange.

$1400 B/O (seriously send me an offer)

There is a very good chance that I will need to buy that engine from you... As of right now, I only have $1,000.00 to spend, but I will have give you $1,300.00 for it if you are willing to hold it for me for about one or two weeks.

I might be interested, I spun a bearing and need a new crank, it would be a lot easier for me to just buy your motor and drop it in. where are you located?
