sorry to revive a long dead post but i recently purchased a lude with ground controls and konis and i think they were installed wrong, the spring perch is adjusted all the way to the top in the rear and almost all the way down in the front but the car is sitting lever and the tires are even with the fenders so it is dropped signifigantly but it seems the springs may have possibly been installed in the wrong locations any advice will be welcome, my exhaust is only 1.5 inches off the ground and its gonna snow i gotta get her off the ground

From what I read you're only option is to lengthen your struts to raise the rear and adjust the spring perch to raise the front. If not, buy an OE set of coilovers for the winter. I don't drive my 01 slammed the same way but I did drive my 97 lowered 1.5". It's just something you'll have to deal with since you made the decision to buy a slammed car for a daily in Minnesota.
