FS: Apex'i WS Exhaust for base 97-01 Prelude

Hey guys,

I installed my Mugen exhaust today so I don't need my Apex'i WS exhaust. I've had this for about 5 years and it's a great exhaust that has a mild sound + look. If you didn't know the WS v1 is known to hang low by the b-pipe which allows it to scrape against ramps/speed bumps, etc. I had this raised/fixed permanently by an exhaust shop a few years ago (paid $100). They cut off the hangers on the resonator and welded on new ones... as well, they cut first section of the b-pipe so it would fit better. The result was that the exhaust sat higher and no more scrapping. But by that point the bottom of the resonator already developed a 'scrape mark' and they welded it to make sure it wouldn't leak (not the best job in the world). It does looks like that it's has a small leak (even though you can't hear it) but it can be sanded and welded shut.

The muffler itself is in great shape with a small dent on the bottom (unnoticeable once installed). It could use a good wash + polish to make it look new again but I really don't have that kind of time. Anyhow, I know this exhaust has seen better days but it still has many years left in it. All I'm asking is $50 and you come and pick it up. Local only preferred please. Interested? PM or email me keith@chillybanana.com

Well, if there are no local biters, I'll ship it. I can probably make it 2-3 pieces by cutting the bolts off... How does $80 shipped sound?
