BUMP FOR YOU. not bad at all for 75 starting bid. Someone has a chance to have this for 80 shipped, plus this includes the tweeter cover.

I sold 2 switches like this without the tweeter cover. One went for 100 the other one for 150. Also seen some mofo selling it on ebay for 250.

Says the listing has ended. Did you get a good offer?

From what i heard they both have been discontinued for years.

It's a very easy mod to slot your existing tweeter cover and tuck in the fabric. Then the switch just pops in. There is even a template in the back of the cover.

If the switch was still available from Honda you would see them on ebay, everyone and their uncle would have this switch then.

discontinued mate

I havent found a DIY on that, but I did find out that the template is on the right side tweeter cover. Maybe the left side also has one. I dont know check.

this is the Euro version of the switch. Notice how the switch housing is a bit different from the usdm one? That black plastic that outlines the switch.

Here is the usdm one - notice how that black plastic around the switch sticks out? The European version has the plastic piece sitting more inside the tweeter cover.

I searched every topic and every thread through Google. They all say discontinued. Only one thread says that some dude found a switch like that in 2009, but another guy called his dealership right away and they switch was no longer available. It might be a possibility that a couple of dealerships still have it, but don't count on it.

I think thats enough paypal me a finders fee lol... I have three 4th gens 2 5th gens in my front yard. I know what im talking about I have a pile of these switches. want some I would send them to you because I used to sell them for 30 a pop. It just got to the point that it wasnt worth it to stock pile and no one wants to buy them when im only making $10 it doesn't cover shipping or overhead. As I stated previously the cover is discontinued!!!! not the switch most dealers will get it for you just call. Im not trying to knock you because you have been on the forum since 2009 but I have had preludes for over 15years I have done pretty much every mod there is. I built h23vtecs I have done f22/h22 vtecs 5th gen glass into 4th gen el cluster swaps well before it became standard. I may have a low post count because I only post when I see straight crap.

mate, look I called every dealership in the area looking for the switch. No luck at all. My buddy Kyle from Cali said he bought the last 2 in the whole state back in 06. If its really still available from Honda then I will make sure everyone knows that and there is no need to pay left nut for it like most people do.

Those links u posted say 30+ for the switch. Is all of that up to date info? how much is shipping?

Why don't you make a thread where it leads people in the right direction and excatly where they can get this. I will FAQ that thread.

If this switch is indeed still available to the whole public, then I am the first to admit I am wrong and thank you for the good information.
