FD: Driver / Passenger Side Mirrors *2000 milano - Honda Prelude Forum

Hopefully this works, i've never posted pictures before.

Up for sale is my side mirrors. They are supposed to be bright milano red, but the color has taken a toll after years of sunlight. In any regards, I was able to find another pair just this week, so I will no longer be needing their service.

Quality of Color: 6.5/10.

I would say it has a hint of pink. I would recommend taking it to a paint shop and having them paint it over.

Quality of Surface: PS: 9/10
DS: 7.5/10

The driver side has 2 dents on the upper part of the mount, and a scratch on the neck. I really don't notice it at all, but if someone were to buy it, they would notice it for like 2 days and forget about it. The scratch will dissappear after repainting.

In regards to the mirror mount / motors and mirror itself, everything is intact on the passenger side. For the driver's side, the mount is broken and there is no mirror. This really isn't a problem if you have an operational DS mirror system, just a swap of the cover.

Price will be $55 shipped OBO, unless people want to buy seperately. You can low ball all you want, but I intend to go on ebay by 6/28 if no one wants them for this price.

I finally just installed my the new ones with the old ones. I plan on selling them as a pair since the passenger side is mint (except for the color) while the DS is *eh*.... trying to balance the 2 together. But anyway, 35shipped (for the PS) is okay for me. Let me know

what is wrong with the Drivers Side?

Mine got tore up by a carwash and is being held by a zip tie. I need to replace it, it vibrates soo much and am afraid its gonna bust off

price lower than 35 since its "eh/ish" condition?

The above pictures should clarify exactly what condition the DS's mirror mount system is in. Basically this is the internal mechanism of your mirror mount system. If the identical part you carry is also broken and you are looking to replace it, it is possible to fix it using the remaining parts.... If you send detailed pictures, I should be able to figure out if this is for you or not.

Ideally, I would like potential buyers to be looking at this sale as a a replacement housing cover (driver side) and a complete unit (passenger side).

last bump before ebay
